This lunchtime session invites relaxation in the middle of your busy day. Sound moments of activation will also work to energise your second half of the day.
Perfect for professionals, busy minds, and anyone needing a moment of stillness. No experience needed — simply come as you are to:

- Click on “Book your Slot”
- You will have to select a location to view our schedule. From the drop down menu, select location “The Yin Haven @ Dance Movement Inc.”
- Sound bath sessions start in June 2026. Click on your preferred date and time.
- Once selected, hit “Confirm” and “Add to Cart”
- Once added to cart, kindly follow the steps to checkout and make payment. Don’t forget to input a promo code if you have one.
- Your slot is confirmed once payment is made.
We understand, life happens.
If you are unable to make a session, you have the option of rescheduling it to another date. Kindly note this has to be done at least 4 hours before the session starts. Otherwise, the session will be forfeited.
For additional flexibility, you can reschedule your booking up to two times.
In one word, nothing.
The great thing about sound baths are that you can just come as you are. Everything you may need for the session will already be provided for by The Yin Haven.
However, if you would like to be more comfortable, we encourage you to bring what puts you at ease (for e.g. a pillow you like, or an additional yoga mat to be added on to the one we already provide).
