The Yin Haven Sound Bath Sessions

1. General

By booking and attending a sound bath session with The Yin Haven, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Sound bath sessions are intended for relaxation, meditation, and wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Health & Medical Disclaimer

Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are physically, mentally, and emotionally fit to attend the session.

Please consult a medical professional before attending if you:

  • Are pregnant
  • Have epilepsy or seizures
  • Have severe mental health conditions
  • Use a pacemaker or implanted medical device
  • Have sound sensitivities or serious medical conditions

You agree to inform the facilitator of any relevant health conditions before the session begins.

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

3. Arrival & Late Policy

Please arrive at least 10–15 minutes before the session start time to settle in.

To preserve the experience for all participants:

  • Late entry may not be permitted once the session has started
  • Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival

4. Booking & Payment

  • Full payment is required to confirm your booking unless otherwise stated
  • Bookings are non-transferable unless approved in writing
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Public Group Sessions

  • Cancellations made at least 4 hours before the session may be rescheduled. You can reschedule a booking up to two times.
  • Cancellations within 4 hours are non-refundable and non-transferable
  • No-shows will not be refunded

Private Sessions

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling
  • Last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of payment or deposit

If the facilitator needs to cancel a session, participants will receive a reschedule option or full refund.

6. Personal Belongings

Participants are responsible for their own belongings. The Yin Haven will not be liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

7. Conduct During Sessions

To maintain a safe and peaceful environment:

  • Mobile phones should be silenced
  • Respectful behaviour is expected at all times
  • Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the session without refund

8. Photography & Media

Photos or videos may occasionally be taken for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of group event imagery unless you inform the facilitator in advance.

9. Liability Waiver

By participating, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your own wellbeing during and after the session.

The Yin Haven and its facilitators shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or adverse reaction arising from participation in the session.
